Magnum Medium Dry Red – 30 Bottle Wine Making Kit

Make Magnum medium dry red wine at home with this ingredient kit.

• Makes: Approximately 30 bottles / 22.5 litres.
• Includes wine base, yeast and the supplied winemaking sachets.
• Add 3.5kg white granulated sugar and water. Sugar is sold separately.
• Fermentation usually takes 7–8 days, followed by a separate clearing stage. Timing depends on temperature and conditions.

Winemaking equipment, cleaner and sanitiser, bottles and closures are required separately. Follow the instructions in your kit, including any final sweetening step. Use a hydrometer to check fermentation and only bottle when the wine has finished fermenting and is clear.
