Shipping policy

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch most in-stock orders within one working day. Standard delivery is usually 2–3 working days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Great Britain delivery

Standard delivery is free to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, including the Scottish Highlands and islands. Delivery to remote and island addresses may take longer than our standard estimate.

Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland standard delivery carries a fixed £1.75 charge per order, regardless of order weight. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days. The charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery availability and any other applicable charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add delivery surcharges after an order has been placed without your agreement.

We offer delivery only, with no customer collection service. Check your delivery address carefully and contact ephomebrew@outlook.com promptly if it needs correcting.

Tracking and problems

Tracking information is provided when available. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier. Please keep damaged packaging and photographs where possible. This does not limit your consumer rights.

If you ask the courier to use a safe place, choose a secure location and check its delivery instructions. Contact us if anything goes wrong.

Special orders

Products described as special order have a separate lead time on their product page. These items are ordered from our supplier, received by us, and then dispatched to you. The stated lead time must allow for both journeys.
