• Makes approximately 40 pints / 23 litres.
• Includes juice concentrate and the supplied cider yeast and flavouring ingredients.
• Add water; no additional sugar is needed for the main fermentation. Priming sugar for sparkling cider is sold separately.
• Equipment, cleaner and sanitiser, and suitable bottles or a pressure barrel are required separately. Follow the kit instructions for still or sparkling cider and allow time for conditioning.
