Youngs Harvest Pilsner Kit

Young’s Harvest Pilsner beer kit for brewing a pilsner-style beer at home.

• Makes: 40 pints / approximately 23 litres.
• Includes: Malt extract and brewing yeast.
• Add 1.5kg white sugar and water, following the Harvest Pilsner instructions. Sugar is sold separately.

Priming sugar or carbonation drops may be required separately for bottle or barrel conditioning; follow the quantity stated in your kit instructions.

Brewing equipment, cleaner and sanitiser, and bottles or a suitable pressure barrel are required separately. Follow the kit instructions for fermentation, priming and conditioning. Allow time for carbonation and maturation after fermentation; do not bottle until fermentation is complete.
