Make Rosé-style wine with SG Wines Platinum, formerly Solomon Grundy. An easy-drinking rosé with gentle fruit character and a dry finish.
- Makes: Approximately 30 bottles / 23 litres.
- Includes wine base, yeast and the supplied winemaking sachets.
- Add water; no additional fermentation sugar required.
- A 7-day wine kit under the specified conditions; fermentation and clearing can take longer.
Winemaking equipment, cleaner and sanitiser, bottles and closures are required separately. Follow the instructions in your kit, including any final sweetening step. Use a hydrometer to check fermentation and only bottle when the wine has finished fermenting and is clear.
