Solomon Grundy Gold Cabernet Sauvignon – 30 Bottle Wine Making Kit

Make Cabernet Sauvignon-style wine at home with SG Wines Gold, formerly Solomon Grundy. A full-flavoured red with a dark-fruit character.

• Makes: Approximately 30 bottles / 22.5 litres.
• Includes wine base, yeast and the supplied winemaking sachets.
• Add 3kg granulated sugar and water. Sugar is sold separately. If using dextrose, follow the different quantity in your kit instructions.
• A 7-day wine kit under the specified conditions; fermentation and clearing can take longer.

Winemaking equipment, cleaner and sanitiser, bottles and closures are required separately. Follow the instructions in your kit, including any final sweetening step. Use a hydrometer to check fermentation and only bottle when the wine has finished fermenting and is clear.
